Premium Retail Services is Hiring a Wireless Sales Manager - 39120 Near Natchez, MS

Wireless Sales Manager

Premium Retail Services operates in over 1300 Walmart Supercenter locations across North America, with a dedicated team of over 3,000 sales professionals. As a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager, you will recruit, lead, and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, leads, coaches, guides, mentors, develops, and manages a team of Wireless Sales Pros.
  • Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets; meets or exceeds established KPI’s.
  • Demonstrates a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales & training for top-performance in your market.
  • Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top- quality talent in all assigned locations.
  • Foster’s professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
  • Represents the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, required.
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.

Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
